The Universal Rotary Tiltable Furnace (URTF) system incorporates full flexibility to run a variety of processes for the recovery of aluminum from scrap and dross. These include salt-free processing (ALUREC®), conventional dry (low salt) and wet processes. In addition, very promising results have been reached regarding the elimination of residues when operating salt-free, thus offering further opportunities for users of the URTF. |
