Fish Farming

The water oxygen level is an important factor in achieving the best possible environment for fish breeding. Ensuring adequate oxygen levels in the water at all times is an important safety factor that affects growth, health, appetite and the general well-being of the fish. It also helps reduce the effects that stress and fluctuations in water temperature produce in the fish.

Fish are temperature-adaptive by nature and so their level of physical activity depends somewhat on the water temperature. In low-temperature environments there is little or no growth. With rising temperatures, the fish feel more energized, eat more and metabolize food more efficiently. But when water temperatures rise, the solubility of gases, including oxygen, decreases. So there is less oxygen for the fish when they need it most.

The answer is a simple, yet efficient system to use pure oxygen to oxygenate or supersaturate the water.
